Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 plus package

About the Company

Top Tier Contractor from NI is looking a Site Manager to join their experienced team in the UK. Travel expenses will be covered. They have large scale commercial works in the pipeline. Excellent opportunity for and engineer to make their mark into management with Top Tier contractor

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years engineering / site management experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
