Site Manager - Wicklow

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential Projects

Job Location – South Dublin / North Wicklow

Salary – €60k - €65k

About the Company

This role is a permanent / full time role with a fast-growing contractor who have double their annual revenue in the past year. This busy contractor has over 60 years’ experience delivering high quality projects.

The Role

• Be responsible for all site matters.
• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential development.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Assist in the production of tendering information.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the sire including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Residential experience is essential.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
