Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential & Commercial Projects

Job Location – Offaly / Laois / Kildare

Salary – €55k - €65k

About the Company

Busy Contractor in Leinster require a site manager for a number of commercial and residential projects coming up. Fit out and Finishing experience is desirable.

The Role

• Be responsible for all site matters.
• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential development.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Assist in the production of tendering information.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the sire including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Residential and Commercial experience is essential.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Experience in fit out is desirable.
