Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 Recruitment on behalf of a Specialist Fit out Contractor are looking for Site Managers with Fit Out / Joinery experience. This company would sub into some of the top tier contractors in Ireland and work on €40M plus projects. Amazing opportunity not to be missed.

The Role

• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Overseeing the fit out on various sections of the project
• Logging the snags on software

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Fit Out / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in commercial / retail and hospitality
• Carpentry / joinery / drylining background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills
