Extremely reputable tier 2 Construction Company with experience in many industry sectors and a positive record in regard to clients and employees. This particular project is for the residential sector. They value team work and are fully committed to a safety-first attitude in everything they do. Ambitious business who also look to support the Community. Have been involved in projects worth €10M-€28M. Project worth €18m and currently in progress with RC being complete shortly.

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5 year’s experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Ideally with finishing experience
