Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Pharma/ Industrial

Job Location – Greater Dublin Area  

Salary – €60K-€70K

About the Company

Reputable main building contractor are looking for a Dublin based Site Manager for upcoming Pharmaceutical and Industrial projects across Dublin. Ideally, they would like someone who has a background in engineering.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of pharmaceutical and industrial projects.
• Oversee Industrial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that project budget is adhered to.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site and driving productivity levels to ensure works are completed to a high standard and on time.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works completed is inline with company requirements.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5-7 years proven experience as a Site Manager/ Senior Engineer.
• Experience working on pharmaceutical or industrial projects.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
