Site Manager - Kildare

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are recruiting for Site managers for a Project in Kildare due to start in the New Year. The company is medium sized Main Contractor that has an excellent background in fitout projects. They are taking on more and more projects in the construction sector and are now growing strong.

Job Title – Site Manager

Salary – €60k - €65k plus package

Project - Residential

The Role

• Running the day to day site
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Site Management experience, preferably within large housing sites
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Carpentry / joinery background desirable but not essential
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
