Site Manager - Mayo

Inform3 are recruiting for a Tier 2 award-winning general building contractor and civil engineering company with over 25 years’ experience in Ireland and the UK and an annual turnover of €70m. With experience in sectors such as residential, education, healthcare, hotels & leisure, commercial their experience is wide-ranging. Would frequently work on projects of €5m-€12m. This particular project is residential.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Castlebar, Mayo

Sector: Residential

Salary: €70k - €75k

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
