Site Manager - Mayo

Inform3 are recruiting for a main Connaught based Main Contractor with experience and a great reputation as a Main Contractor and PSCS in building / civil engineering, housing, commercial developments and public works projects. Their service is nationwide, however generally their previous contracts have been largely concentrated in the midlands, west and north-west of Ireland. Would work on project from €500k-€10m. This particular project is commercial.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Castlebar, Mayo

Sector: Commercial

Salary: €55k - €60k

The Role

• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
• Liaising with the engineer and referring to drawings

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
