Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential

Job Location – Dublin South

Salary – €65K-€70K


About the Company

This Site Manager role is for a high-rise apartment development in South Dublin with a well-known property developer who work on projects valued up to €100M. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in residential construction and an engineering background is preferred.


The Role

  • Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential development.
  • Liaise with the architects, design team, clients and company directors as required.
  • Oversee a residential project and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.
  • Ensure that all company policies are adhered to and that H&S Policies are followed to a high standard.
  • Carryout administrative duties as required e.g., updating the site diary, updating the program, site inductions and incident forms.


  • A Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.  
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager with a building contractor or developer.
  • Experience managing high volume residential projects from concept to handover is essential.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
  • Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
