Site Manager - Limerick

Inform3 are recruiting for a busy contractor who provide a wide range of construction solutions that cater for home, business, public service and industrial needs. They offer Turnkey solutions working to the highest standards within the industry. Would work on projects valued at €300k-€3m with this particular project being on a school and valued at €2.5m.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Limerick

Sector: Educational

Salary: €55k - €60k

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordinating and supervising all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carrying out weekly site meetings
• Ensuring Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensuring all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Experience in School builds is desired
