Site Manager - Wicklow

Inform3 are recruiting for a general contractor who have had success across the commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare sectors. Would work on projects valued at €100k - €5m. This particular project is a new build with reburb and fitout.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Wicklow

Salary: €55k - €60k

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordinating and supervising all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carrying out weekly site meetings
• Ensuring Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensuring all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Experience in refurb or fitout
