Site Manager - Belfast

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are keen to speak with Site Managers for Social Housing Projects in the Belfast Area.

Your new company… A successful main building contractor working in all sectors of the construction industry such as residential, healthcare & commercial. They are a family-owned business and have been going over 50 years.

Job Title                       Site Manager

Job Location                Belfast

Salary                          £40,000 - £45,000 with Company vehicle / Fuel

The Role

• Running overall site duties
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Site Management experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Carpentry / joinery background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
