Site Manager

Opportunity with a reputable medium sized Building Contractor. Exciting project suited to a Site Manager who has strong experience in civils and taking the project out of the ground. The company is highly regarded in the industry for their ability to deliver challenging projects on time and within budget. They have excellent staff retention and will provide an ambitious Site Manager the opportunity to further their career whilst working on an excellent salary and package. The company has a €6M new build commercial development starting just outside Cork City. Permanent employment opportunity, with a highly competitive salary and package.

Site Manager Criteria

• 5 Years' experience as a Site Foreman / Manager
• Sound knowledge of general construction
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Health & Safety awareness
• Experience in grounds work, brickwork and internal finishes

Site Manager Duties

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Oversee different stages of the build
• Working closely with Sub – Contractors
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
