Site Manager - North West

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are keen to speak with Site Managers for a full time role with a respectable main contractor in the Manchester Area

Your new company… Going over 30 years delivering commercial and industrial projects as well as residential refurb work. They would look after projects valued between £500k - £12M and have various projects across the Manchester Area.

Salary                          £35k - £45k

The Role

• Able to take the job out of the ground and see it to hand over
• Successful candidate that is on the site full time
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Will be safety conscious
• Take control of all works from house foundations through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping

Requirements

• Experience in residential & commercial
• Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
• The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
