Site Manager - Donegal

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with Site Managers / Foremen for a Project in the Donegal Area

Your new company….  Medium sized building contractor who focus primarily on commercial projects in education, retail and hospitality sectors. They have recently been awarded a project in Belfast for an apartment scheme and are now looking to enhance their management team on site.

Job Location                Donegal

Salary                          £35,000 - £45,000

Project                         New Build / Refurb

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman with joinery background
• Experience in Refurb projects
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
