Site Manager - Mayo

Inform3 are recruiting for a main Connaught based Main Contractor with experience and a great reputation as a Main Contractor and PSCS in building / civil engineering, housing, commercial developments and public works projects. Their service is nationwide, however generally their previous contracts have been largely concentrated in the midlands, west and north-west of Ireland. Would work on project from €500k-€10m. This particular project is healthcare and is valued at €4.5m. 16-month duration.

Job Location: Ballina, Mayo

Salary: €60k - €65k

The Role

• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Setting out off drawings
• Supervising all sub-contractors for Standards and measuring and certifying their monthly Valuations
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
• Liaise with Clients, Consulting design team and attending with all work reports for fortnightly site meetings
• Issue RFI s and requests for change orders

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Computer literate
