Site Manager - Tipperary

Inform3 are recruiting for a very active Munster based contractor with experience in the residential, education, industrial, retail, pharma and healthcare sectors. The company has a first-class safety record, being recognised by the Construction Industry Federation with several achievements and awards over the years including Safe T-cert. Consistently profitable with turnover in recent years reflecting the continued success enjoyed by the Company. Would work on projects €1m-€5m in value.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Tipperary/Waterford

Sector: Residential

Salary: €65k - €75k

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
