Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a very reputable Tier 2 Irish building contractor. They operate out of Dublin and Galway and have the highest standards of safety quality and sustainability. They have an excellent reputation in the business for a low turnover of staff, employee development and career satisfaction. Quality projects in the pipeline for the right individual. This particular project is industrial and valued at €50m. The project began last may and aims to handover around November of this year.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: North Dublin

Salary: €75k - €80k

Sector: Industrial

The Role

• Liaise with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions

Job Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
