Site Manager - Cork

Inform3 are recruiting for a very active Munster based contractor who work on residential developments. They would work on houses and apartment developments valued at roughly €5m-€15m. Worked on projects up to €28m in value.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Cork

Sector: Residential

Salary: €60k - €70k

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Residential experience required
