Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a Tier 1 builder with experience in projects for many sectors. They value the quality of their work and place an emphasis on the safety of their staff with high standards of corporate governance and business ethics. Would typically work on projects of €20m-€30m.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Dublin

Salary: €65k - €75k

The Role

• Liaise with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions

Job Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• 5 years’ experience in management
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
