Site Manager - Cork

Inform3 are recruiting for a very busy Cork based builder who work on residential and commercial projects. They are a diversified company, engaging across key areas of development, planning, design, construction, finance, sales and marketing, property and building management and customer service. Safety first attitude. Environmentally aware. They work on projects up to €15m in value.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Cork

Sector: Residential

Salary: €70k - €75k

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Residential experience
