Site Manager - Kildare

Inform3 are recruiting for a developer who build high quality and affordable homes. The Site Manager will work alongside the Construction Director to deliver residential housing units in Kildare. Salary: €70k - €75k

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness and compliance
• Management of structures through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, H&S agents and engineers
• Scheduling weekly work programmes
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending weekly site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Ensure all records – management activities adhere to Institutional policies and legal requirements
• Policy adherence
• Project administration
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines
• Aware of corporate objectives

Job Requirements

• Trade or technically qualified
• Good residential experience
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and broad knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Effectively prioritise area of work and meet strict deadlines
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility and capability to adapt to a changing work environment
