INFORM3 CONSTRUCTION RECRUITMENT Site Manager Job Location: Portlaoise Sector: Civil Inform3 are recruiting for a large Building & Civil Engineering Contractor to work on a large-scale residential site in Portlaoise. This is a long-term project going from greenfield to turn key and is projected to up to 5 years. The contractor is looking for a candidate with a strong background in civils, preferably on residential/commercial projects or someone who has previous experience seeing projects through from start-finish.
Job Role: - Oversee structural activity -Able to multi-task and mentor Junior Engineers - Ordering in materials - Assist in controlling traffic on-site - Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel. - Attend weekly meetings to update senior management, clients and directors on the progress of the project. - Supervise works and check the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard. - Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and ensure the site team adheres to them also. - Co-ordinate site meetings
Job Requirements: - 5+ Years relevant experience - Strong Civils Knowledge - Civil Engineer/Construction Management Degree - Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
