Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a busy main contractor with their building work comprising of Industrial, Commercial and Leisure to Housing and Private Development. Currently they work on projects in Leinster €500k - €6m in value. This particular project is a one-off luxury new build and pool. The project is valued around €2m and will have a duration of 14 months.

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Location: West Dublin

Sector: Residential

Salary: €50k - €60k

The Role

• Reporting to the Director
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

• 3 years’ experience as a Site Foreman
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Residential experience required
