Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting a Site Manager for a leading developer who work across Ireland with this particular role focusing on Dublin. Projects worked on are usually valued at up to €50m.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Dublin

Sector: Residential

Salary: €65k - €75k

The Role

• Overseeing the construction of a residential housing scheme to completion
• Implementation of all health and safety policies.
• Overseeing quality control and safety measures on site.
• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Attending regular site meetings with project team
• Direct and supervise direct staff and sub-Contractors.
• Plan the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of material
• Ensuring procedures in place to maintain plant in good work order.
• Oversee site development to ensure it complies with all current standards.
• Safely compete project to budget within agreed timelines.

Job Requirements

• Degree or similar level
• Minimum 5+ years site management experience.
• Strong understanding of the construction Industry in respect to residential Developments
• Confident in managing and supervising a development project.
• Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
• The Ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Excellent IT and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Have a keen eye for detail and finishes.
