Site Manager - Limerick

Inform3 are recruiting a Site Manager for a Clare based Contractor who frequently work on projects in Clare and Limerick valued at €1m-€10m. This particular project is a €9m residential development.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Limerick City

Sector: Residential

Salary: €60k - €65k

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management of structures through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with engineers
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft
• Residential experience desired
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Experience with projects worth €9m+
