Site Manager - Mayo

Inform3 recruitment are hiring a site manager for an extremely reputable company that has worked on a variety of prestigious projects in the commercial, technology and industrial sectors with this particular role focusing on the commercial sector and valued at €2.5m. Award winning Tier 1 company with an emphasis on quality and a turnover of €100m. Would typically work on projects worth €10m-€50M.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: East Mayo

Sector: Commercial

Salary: €60k - €70k

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
• Management of structures through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, H&S agents and engineers
• Scheduling weekly work programmes
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities

Job Requirements

• 5 yrs experience as a Site Foreman or Manager
• Construction related degree desired
• Experience in main contracting (tier 1 or 2 preferred)
• Experience in projects up to €2.5m in value
• Responsibility
• Team Work
