Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a Leinster based Contractor possessing a reputation for delivering projects of the highest quality with an emphasis on safety, innovation, communication, thorough planning and perfect execution.

Currently they are working on a lot of education projects in Dublin, one of which is the project they are hiring for. They require a Site Manager or Foreman to helm a €1m upgrade consisting of associated builders works such as fire proofing, painting and liaising with the client on a live site. The Project is due to start at the end of September with an aim to completion after 5 months. Further Dublin based projects in the pipeline.

Job Title: Site Manager/Foreman

Job Location: North Dublin

Sector: Education

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 D.O.E

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Working on a live site
• Reporting to the Construction Director
• Management of associated builders works such as fire proofing, painting etc.
• Liaising with the client
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines
• Aware of objectives

Job Requirements

• Education background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• Experience in refurb/ fitout or working on a live site alongside the client
• At least 5 years’ experience in the role
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills
• Education experience desired
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Experience with projects worth 1 million+
