Site Manager - Galway

Award winning Tier 1 company with an emphasis on quality and a turnover of €100m.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location:Dublin

Sector: Residential + Commercial

Salary: €75k - €85k + Vehicle + Bonus

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
• Management of structures through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, H&S agents and engineers
• Scheduling weekly work programmes
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities

Job Requirements

• 5 yrs experience as a Site Foreman or Manager
• Construction related degree desired
• Experience in main contracting (tier 1 or 2 preferred)
• Experience in projects up to €10m in value
• Industrial experience preferred
• Responsibility
• Team Work Skills
