Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a top tier 1 Contractor who are working on many different high-value projects in Dublin and Ireland. This particular project is a residential development in North Dublin with further projects in the pipeline.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: North Dublin

Sector: Residential

Salary: €70k - €80k

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management of structures through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with engineers
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft
• Finishing experience desired
• Tier 1 experience is preferred
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Residential experience required
