Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Healthcare

Job Location – Mayo-Galway

Salary – €55k - €65k

About the Company

A great opportunity to work for a busy contractor in the West of Ireland has come. Work to begin in November on a Primary Care Centre for 12 months.

The Role

• Coordinate and supervise the construction of the project
• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors
• Supervise works on site and ensure all works meet requirements, and are within budget and completed on time
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour and the procurement of materials in order to meet deadlines
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Report and support the managing director

Requirements

• A Degree in construction management or similar studies
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor
• Ability to manage site programme and schedules
• Must be computer literate
