Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Fit-Out

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €65k - €75k + van

About the Company

Fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to work for a very busy contractor based and operate in Dublin. They are currently working on an office fit-out project valued at €3 million in Merrion Square and have other works coming in the future.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential development.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
