Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Commercial

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary – €65k - €75k

About the Company

Excellent opportunity to work for a reputable and busy contractor in North Dublin on a commercial project. The project is valued at €5 million, and is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to use their knowledge and experience to deliver results. Potential for work on future projects as the contractor is very active in the area across, educational, residential and commercial projects.

The Role

• Coordinate and supervise the construction of a residential project
• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour and the procurement of materials in order to meet deadlines
• Ensure that end product meets client’s expectation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ previous experience managing commercial projects for main contractor
• Ability to manage site programme and associated schedules to meet required deadlines.
• Ability to work on own initiative
