Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Fit-Out

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €60k - €75k + van

About the Company

Fantastic opportunity to work in Dublin City Centre with an active contractor, currently working on an office fit-out project with great potential for future work with the contractor. Very suitable for any Site Managers located around Dublin or those looking to travel into Dublin for work.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential development.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget
• Delivery of the job on time, within specification and on budget whilst maintaining high safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Attending and participating in weekly Site Meetings

Requirements

• Main Contractor Experience
• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Full understanding of design drawings
