Job Title –Site Manager

Project – Primary Care Centre with Commercial Space

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €70k - €80k

About the Company

Fantastic opportunity work for an extremely busy Tier 2 contractor in Dublin. The contractor is currently working on a primary care facility in South Dublin and are looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their team to continue with them on future projects. Experience of working as Site Manager/Foreman for main contractor is essential.

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager and Contracts Manager
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
• Responsible for liaising with the client and design team on a daily basis and during project life cycle

Requirements

• Main Contractor Experience is desirable
• Engineering background desirable
• 4+ years’ Experience Site Management
• Must have degree or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
