Rightpath Construction Recruitment is working with a highly reputable building contractor who have the requirement to add a Site Manager with previous experience is Building Restoration or Conservation Projects. This contractor has been operating for over 40 years and are brilliant at looking after their staff, providing them with additional training, benefits and a better work life balance than most. The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the project from start through to completion. Excellent opportunity with a potential for an award-winning project that will get a lot of attention.

Site Manager Requirements

• Building / Fit Out background is essential
• Strong Joinery background
• Experience on Refurbishment Conservation Projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

Site Manager Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensuring that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to build and finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Produce reports on job progress
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters
