Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential - Apartments

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary – €65k - €75k

About the Company

Tier 2 contractor completing a residential project in North Dublin – looking to recruit an experienced site manager. Contractor is busy with works all over Ireland but looking to add to their team for projects in Dublin. Great scope for long-term work with the contractor.

The Role

• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget
• Coordinate and supervise the construction process across a residential project
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour and the procurement of materials in order to meet deadlines

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor
• Ability to manage site programme and associated schedules to meet required deadlines.
• Engineering background is desirable
