Salary – €60k - €70k

About the Company

Excellent opportunity for Site Manager looking work in Athlone. Very busy contractor across the Midlands is working on 2 residential developments in Athlone and looking for a candidate with residential experience. Potential for future works as the contractor has live projects all across the West Midlands.  

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential development.
• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget
• Manage quality of all work being carried out on site

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar
• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Must have experience in managing residential projects
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate.
