Site Manager - Offaly

Job Title – Civils Site Manager 

Job Location – Co. Offaly

Salary – €60K - €80K

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing contractor to oversee a wind farm project in Co. Offaly.

The role:

To manage the designated project on site and achieve the target contributions in accordance with the contract documents and programme.

Ensure that the project is delivered safely, on time, to a high standard of quality and with high levels of satisfaction.

To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.

What will you deliver?

• To assist the Contracts Manager with pre-start details
• To report to the Project / Contracts Manager on the progress against the programme
• To ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety aspects. Fully understand the company’s SHEQ policy/strategy
• Maintenance of company required Health & Safety procedures / initiatives
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings

Requirements:

• A Degree in Civils Construction Management or similar
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Civils Site Manager for a main contractor
• Ability to manage site programme and associated schedules to meet required deadlines.
• Engineering background is desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail
