Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €65k - €75k

About the Company

A very busy Tier 2 contractor in the Leinster area are on the lookout for experienced Site Managers – role to be based in Dublin. The project valued up to €65 million. Great opportunity for an experienced Site manager to progress into project management with a reputable contractor.

The Role

• Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and track progress
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors
• Carry out safety checks /Audits
• Keep in close contact with members of the site team at all times
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners
• Ensure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirements
• Ensure Quality standards are maintained at all times.

  Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar
• Minimum of 4 years management experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in residential projects
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
