Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential

Job Location – Louth

Salary – €50k - €60k

About the Company

A busy contractor based and working across North Leinster are currently working on a large scale housing development in Louth. They are looking to add an experienced Site Manager/Foreman as #1 POC on site. 2-3 years’ remaining on project.

The Role

• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget
• Coordinate and supervise the construction process across a residential project
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour and the procurement of materials in order to meet deadlines

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor
• Ability to manage site programme and associated schedules to meet required deadlines.
• Engineering background is desirable
• Must have experience in managing residential for main contractor.
