Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential

Job Location – South Dublin

Salary – €60k - €70k

About the Company

A busy contractor across East Leinster are looking to recruit a Site Manager for works on a large-scale residential development. Project has scope for up to 1000 units. Contractor is tendering for future projects and can provide long-term work with potential for growth into project management.

The Role

• Coordinate and supervise the construction of a residential project
• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour and the procurement of materials in order to meet deadlines
• Ensure that end product meets client’s expectation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ previous experience managing projects for main contractor
• Ability to manage site programme and associated schedules to meet required deadlines.
• Ability to work on own initiative
