Job Title –Site Manager

Project – Commercial

Job Location – Kildare

Salary – €65k - €75k

About the Company

Commercial project with 8-10 months to run, with a reputable contractor operating across Leinster and Munster. Looking to add a Site Manager to their team for work in Kildare. Fantastic opportunity to find work in the Midlands. Project is a refurbishment and fit-out contract. Following work will be in Dublin.

The Role

• Reporting to Contracts Manager and Director
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Requirements

• Main Contractor Experience is desirable
• Engineering background essential
• 3+ years’ main contractor experience (managing projects)
• Must have degree or equivalent
• Computer literate
