Site Manager - Monaghan

Inform3 are recruiting for a local contractor who work on projects across Monaghan. Portfolio includes residential, office, education and healthcare at budgets up to €7m.

This particular project is the €3m restoration & conservation of a popular public structure. Due to begin in May and projected to last 12 months.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Monaghan Town

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000

Sector: Restoration & Conservation

The Role

• Number one - managing day to day running of the site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in construction industry is essential.
• Restoration & conservation experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Full driving licence
• Experience with a main contractor preferable.
• Experience working on projects of €1-2m+
