Site Manager – London


INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Fit-Out Site Manager, for projects based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be part of an Award-Winning Fit-Out Company that specialises in fitting-out restaurants, bars, offices and hotels. The client produces fantastic projects and is continuously sought after for their unique skill set.

The candidate will be required to work in London to complete several Fit-Out projects and will need to have experience in the Fit-Out sector.


Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete
  • Attend sit progress meetings when appropriate
  • Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary
  • Monitor and control the quality of production
  • Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure 
  • Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
  • Check plant and equipment to ensure that it is safe and able to provide the work required
  • Ensure any remedial work is completed prior to occupation
  • Ensure site is maintained in accordance with Health and Safety legislation
  • Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately


Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • 4-5 years plus experience in a similar role
  • Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background
  • Able to manage and motivate
  • Relevant Safe Pass
  • Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
