Site Manager - Louth

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Site Manager   

Project – Social housing

Job Location – Lusk

Salary – €65K-€75K plus company vehicle

About the Company

Exciting new opportunity with a reputable Main Contractors specialising in Social Housing and New Build Commercial Developments in North Leinster.

This role would suit someone from the Newry, South Down, Armagh, Louth or North Dublin areas as future projects are in Louth.

The project is a live residential development valued over €10M with a minimum of 18 months remaining. The successful applicant will be the Number 1 on site overseeing all project activities.

Criteria

• HND / Degree Qualification in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor in NI or ROI.
• Must have experience setting out with Total Station for a variety of structures.
• Proven record of working on residential or commercial projects with a Main Contractor.
• RC frame structure/ Precast experience is desirable.
• Experience with high volume/ value projects.

Duties

• Reporting to the Project Manager & Contracts Manager
• Interoperate drawings and carryout work accordingly.
• Responsibility for all day-to-day construction related issues.
• Supervising multiple subcontractors and work is completed to a high standard as per drawings.
• Maintaining an exceptional high standard of health and safety.
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness.
• Manage sub-contractors and involvement with meetings.
