Job Description:
As a Site Manager for this 150-bed nursing home project, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and maintain a safe and efficient construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership: Provide strong leadership on-site, overseeing all construction activities and ensuring project milestones are met.
2. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure that the project meets or exceeds industry benchmarks.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in nursing home or healthcare projects.
