Site Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Site Manager

Project – High Volume Residential

Job Location – Tallaght  

Salary – €70K - €80K + bonus + travel

About the Company

Working with a reputable Tier 1 Main Building contractor on a high-volume residential development near the Tallaght area.   

They require a Site Manager who has a proven record of working on residential (housing) developments with 300+ units and turning over large phases year on year.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a new build residential development.
• Oversee Industrial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Liaise with the client and shareholders.
• Oversee the handover to owners.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience managing residential projects from concept to handover is essential.
• Timber frame Housing Experience.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
