INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new position with a medium sized building construction company. This is an exciting time to join one of Ireland's fastest growing and forward-thinking Contractors who are building some of the most prestigious commercial developments throughout Ireland. The company has been operating for over 30 years as a main contractor and has an excellent reputation for how they train and develop their staff. This role is for an experienced site manager who would like to work with a highly reputable builder. Must have strong experience in civils, building and internals. Competitive salary, with van & fuel.

The Role

• Reporting to Contracts Manager, you will be managing the day to day running of the site
• Delivery of the job on time, within specification and on budget whilst maintaining high safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Managing sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff and personnel on site.
• Scheduling weekly work programmes, recording and reviewing weekly progress reports
• Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and Construction Team

Job Requirements

• Degree in construction management or Trade qualification is essential 
• Experience with retaining walls and structures   
• 5+ Yrs Experience Site Management
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
